Miguel is nine. She loves school. She has a hole in her heart — and her mum has been trying to fix it for two years.
Miguel's journey, in her family's words.
Miguel was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in November. He's a quiet boy who loves making kites from old plastic and bamboo sticks. He's now in maintenance phase and responding well — his oncologist Dr. Palacio expects remission by Cycle 6. Each cycle covers chemotherapy, bloodwork, and a 5-day inpatient stay. Funds release directly to SPMC's billing department against Miguel's case file.

"Praying for Ana 💛"
"Fight, Ana!"
"From all of us. Stay strong."
Three commitments.
We pay the doctor, not the family. It protects donors, it protects families, and it means every peso is traceable from the moment you give it.
Cases reviewed by partner clinicians, not by us.
We post every outcome — including the ones that break your heart. You deserve to know what happened. And the families deserve that honesty too.
